Warriors guard Klay Thompson is questionable for Game 2 of the NBA Finals on Sunday night after sustaining a left lateral leg contusion in Game 1. “My ankle is just sore and a little stiff at the moment,” said Thompson, whose swelling worsened Friday night; he walked to his seat in front of reporters Saturday afternoon at Oracle Arena with a limp. “I’m going to do what I can the next 20 hours or so to loosen it up as much as possible, get some stability back. I’m optimistic for tomorrow.” With 6:17 left in the first quarter Thursday and Golden State down 18-15, Thompson caught a pass along the perimeter. Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith slipped on the court and fell into Thompson’s legs.
