Joy Villa again used the Grammys to make a conservative political statement with her outfit, this year espousing an anti-abortion message with her white dress and handbag. The 26-year-old singer appeared at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards in New York wearing a white Pronovias dress with a circular, rainbow-colored shape on it that represented a fetus in the womb. On her handbag was painted the message “Choose Life.” The outfit was topped off with a tiara. Villa told Fox News she hand-painted the dress herself, saying she made the statement because she supports adoption over abortion. She said she was inspired because she gave up a baby for adoption when she was 21.
