Two men charged with murder in Richmond park beating

Two men were charged with murder Wednesday in the fatal beating of a 38-year-old man in Richmond last weekend, authorities said. Adrian Domingo, 24, and Omar Domingo, 18, were taken into custody shortly after a fight broke out Sunday night at Lucas Park on the 700 block of 10th Street, according to the Richmond Police Department. Felix Itzep was killed in the altercation, police said. Authorities did not immediately release details on the motive or the circumstances leading up to the grisly altercation.
