NEW ORLEANS — After watching JaVale McGee struggle as the starting center against the Pelicans’ small-ball attack in Friday’s Game 3 loss, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr recognized that Draymond Green was his only center who could match New Orleans’ pace and contain Anthony Davis — as much as possible, at least. In Game 4, with his team at risk of flying back to Oakland with the Western Conference semifinals knotted at 2-2, Kerr started Andre Iguodala at small forward, moved Kevin Durant to power forward and started Green at center. It was a decision that paved the way for the Warriors’ 118-92 win over New Orleans at Smoothie King Center. The group known as the "Hamptons 5" finished a plus-26.
