Grammys get political, from mass shootings to #MeToo

It only took about two hours, but midway through the 60th annual Grammy Awards broadcast on Sunday, Jan. 28, things got political — and, boy, did they get political. Country music stars Maren Morris, Eric Church and the Brothers Osbourne delivered a touching tribute to the victims of mass shootings, including the October massacre at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas, with an acoustic rendition of Eric Clapton’s “Tears in Heaven.
