LAPD investigating domestic incident involving Raiders' Penn

Los Angeles police are investigating an alleged domestic violence incident involving Raiders left tackle Donald Penn. No charges have been filed in the incident and no arrests have been made, police said. TMZ first reported the investigation. LAPD spokesperson Detective Meghan Aguilar said officers responded at about 9 p.m. Sunday to a radio call of a domestic violence incident. Officers met with a victim upon arrival and completed a domestic violence report that listed Penn as the suspect, Aguilar said.
