AT&T Park was never one for just peanuts, Cracker Jack and garlic fries, and the 2018 baseball season will have fresh menus and new food items for fans. One of the more notable items making its way to the stadium is the Impossible Burger — that ubiquitous, plant-based meat substitute du jour is here. The Silicon Valley-funded food venture has now expanded beyond restaurants and is also being served at the Oakland Coliseum this spring. AT&T Park also doesn't shy away from the food trends: The stadium is getting its own Ahi tuna poke served over rice, greens or chips from Da Poke Man. Also in the same vein of trendy foods, the Organic Coup is adding an açai bowl to its menu.
