Former Raiders and 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith was arrested again by San Francisco police on Friday morning after violating a court order to stay away from a victim in an alleged domestic violence incident. Smith, 28, had contacted the victim in the March 3 incident, prompting police to issue a warrant for his arrest, officials said. Smith turned himself in to police Friday morning.
